Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Residential Care team to deliver high-quality services to residents and their families.">
  • Create a positive work culture through effective leadership and HR management.">
  • Manage finances and budgets to ensure efficient operations.">
  • Promote an interactive WHS system to ensure optimum health and wellbeing of staff.">

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • A high level of business acumen including strong financial management experience.">
  • Leadership skills and the ability to delegate.">
  • Aged Care experience highly desirable.">
  • Previous management experience of diverse teams.">
  • Knowledge of ACFI, the Aged Care Act, WHS, accreditation and continuous improvement.">
  • A passion for Aged Care.">
  • A commitment to Christian Values.">
  • Clinical background as an RN or related discipline highly desirable.">
  • Current AHPRA nursing registration desirable.">
