**Residential Manager - Lead with Purpose**

Villa Maria Unanderra is seeking a skilled Residential Manager to lead daily operations and ensure high standards of care and service for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care, inspiring staff to provide exceptional services.
  • Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation requirements, driving continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and resident experience.
  • Oversee operational planning, budgeting, and resource management to achieve organisational goals.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and the wider community, fostering a culture of collaboration and compassion.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent tertiary qualification.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • In-depth knowledge of aged care legislation, quality standards, and AN-ACC processes.
  • Proven leadership in aged care operations, including rostering and financial oversight.
  • Collaborative leadership style and excellent communication skills.
