Job Overview

This position offers the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality care to residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will lead clinically and oversee the provision of individualised, integrated, safe care and a person-centred approach that recognises each resident's goals and preferences.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience and the ability to coordinate care across the team. Current AHPRA registration and Australian Working Rights are essential. A valid Police Check or NDIS check (or both) is required for aged care inherent requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Compassion: Demonstrate empathy and advocacy for residents and their families
  • Communication: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Decision Making: Ability to work independently with sound decision-making
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to coordinate care
  • Registration: Current AHPRA registration and Australian Working Rights
