Physiotherapy Role

We are seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to play a vital role in supporting residents to maintain optimal functional abilities and maximize independence and quality of life.

As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will support residents to achieve their full potential through evidence-based physiotherapy interventions. This will involve delivering high-quality physiotherapy treatments and programs for individual residents, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating physiotherapy treatments and programs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and guidance of allied health staff
  • Developing yearly Physiotherapy goals in consultation with Manager Residential Care
  • Completing comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and regular reviews

Essential Skills and Attributes:

  • Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) degree
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist
  • Experience in residential and community-based assessment and rehabilitation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
