Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to lead and develop an effective team, oversee vendor performance, and optimize daily operations. This role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, strategic alignment with management, and provision of guidance and support to the team to ensure team effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the work of vendors, fostering collaboration and ensuring team's adherence to agreements and deadlines
  • Provide guidance, support and development opportunities to the team to optimize individual and team effectiveness
  • Supervise daily operations, resolving issues and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal management to align operational goals and address strategic priorities
  • Maintain open and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, addressing concerns and fostering positive relationships
  • Generate operational reports and present findings to management, articulating successes and areas of opportunity

Requirements

  • At least four (4) years of relevant work experience
  • Certificate or Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or similar highly desired
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Proven expertise in planning & organizing, with a strong accuracy & attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and logistics software
