About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to join our team at CEVA Logistics in Erskine Park. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of your team and ensuring that we meet customer expectations while maintaining a compliant and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of your team
  • Coach, support and develop team members
  • Ensure compliance with CEVA policies and procedures, especially safety

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with experience in warehouse operations, including coordination of day-to-day activities of a team or colleagues. The ideal candidate will have strong safety awareness, good customer, stakeholder and communication skills, and computer literacy. A bonus qualification in LO and/or LF licences is desirable.
