The Opportunity

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Operations team at our Western Sydney Service Centre in Erskine Park. As a Team Member, you'll be working with our newest paint line, featuring modern equipment and automated processes. You'll have the opportunity to work with premium COLORBOND products and contribute to exceeding our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with plant and equipment
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency
  • Learn to operate overhead cranes with training
