As a Team Leader at Coles Group Manufacturing, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees in the Red Meat department of our Retail Ready Operations Australia function. Your primary goal will be to create a safe working environment and drive operational efficiencies to ensure staff coverage and attendance.

About the role

As a supportive leader, you will be expected to lead, coach, develop, and inspire team members, building capability, driving accountability, and creating a great place to work. You will also be responsible for conducting skills checks and assessing competency, as well as maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and team members.
