We're looking for a Team Member to join our Operations team at our Western Sydney Service Centre in Erskine Park. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, working with premium COLORBOND products and contributing to exceeding our customers' expectations.

As a Team Member, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including operating machinery, equipment troubleshooting, plant setups and isolations, with a strong focus on safety and quality. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve the efficiency of equipment and resolve plant and equipment issues.
