This role is responsible for carrying out the efficient operation of a records section within a local government organization.
The successful applicant will be accountable for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of documents, as well as maintaining confidentiality and adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Processing and maintenance of records in accordance with organizational guidelines
- Providing administrative support to staff members as required
- Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of document processing
- Higher School Certificate or equivalent
- Class C Drivers Licence
- Demonstrated high degree of confidentiality
- Highly developed organisational and written communication skills
- Sound demonstrated administrative skills and experience using Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and other general office computer applications
- Demonstrated ability, experience and commitment to excellence in customer service
