Job Title: Project Support Officer

We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Support Officer to join our team, providing high-quality administrative and project support across various business areas.

This is a part-time role offering 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering efficient and high-quality administrative services
  • Providing project support to Project Managers and assisting in the delivery of key initiatives
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers
  • Coordinating works and responding to inquiries
  • Supporting various business functions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience providing administrative and project support across a range of business areas
  • Strong skills using Office 365 and other systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering outcomes and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
