Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Service Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.

The primary responsibility of this role is to act as the interface between customers and our Service & Support team. This includes answering customer enquiries via telephone and Salesforce, completing administrative tasks to support the service team, and ensuring customer inquiries are advanced in accordance with the Service Level Agreements.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be responsible for building a successful team with a strong customer and outcomes focus, holding the team accountable and aligned with the existing work instructions, whilst encouraging identification of process improvement opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Science or related degree (desirable)
