Service Operations Lead
- This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a team to ensure optimal use of resources.
- You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to address customer needs, machine performance, product quality, workmanship, and warranty matters.
- A strong focus on safety compliance is essential in this role, fostering a culture that prioritizes employee and contractor well-being.
- You will drive the financial performance of the Service department by achieving key targets such as Work-In-Progress and profit margins.
- Effective management of warranty expenses, timely recovery, and accurate reporting are also critical aspects of this role.
- This position requires building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, peers, and other departments through regular meetings and coaching sessions to achieve departmental goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- Ability to engage and lead a team of dedicated service staff to achieve business objectives.
- Proven track record of managing operations within a comparable environment.
- Demonstrated safety focus with a strong understanding of Workplace Health and Safety principles.
- Commitment to enhancing relationships with customers, peers, and the community.
- Relevant tertiary and/or trade qualifications are highly regarded.
