Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of person-centred services across multiple geographic locations.

  • Drive operational excellence in community-based disability services, ensuring alignment with NDIS requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Promote service quality, compliance, and continuous improvement through effective leadership and strategic planning.
  • Lead and support managers to achieve exceptional customer experiences, financial results, and workforce capability.

A senior leader with at least 7 years' experience in operational leadership within disability or community support environments is required. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS, funding models, and compliance frameworks.

A tertiary qualification in Health, Community Services, Allied Health, or a related field is essential. Postgraduate qualifications in business or management are highly regarded.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on operator committed to enhancing service outcomes, with a passion for promoting service quality and compliance. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results.
