Job Overview

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading our service team and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The successful candidate will lead by example, setting high standards for open communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of service advisors and technicians.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations in every interaction.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of business metrics and lead daily operations to achieve specific goals in productivity, quality, and revenue.
  • Monitor service trends, implement changes, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of all products and services.

Requirements

  • Prior leadership experience in a service-focused industry, preferably in automotive.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing diverse roles and responsibilities.
  • Strong process/operations experience, with expertise in Lean techniques.
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills, with a combination of analytical thinking, hands-on problem solving, and customer service mindset.
