Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Data Administrator. This position will play a key role in overseeing the systematic flow of orders for inbound and outbound distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team leads to ensure seamless data administration within the distribution centre.
  • Provide daily activity reports via LSM and WMS to leadership.
  • Oversee the systematic flow of orders for inbound and outbound DC operations.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by the leadership team to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate and report on data administration tasks as required.
  • Partner with warehouse operations supervisors to onboard and train warehouse associates.
  • Assist in development activities, organizing team meetings and team building events.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, experience analyzing reports and building templates, strong IT skills (Microsoft office applications and outlook), knowledge of Manhattan and WMS, and the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks within a changing environment.

Requirements:
