Exceptional Obstetrics & Gynaecology Registrar Opportunity
In this role, you will serve as a Medical Practitioner in the primary referral hospital for the region, encountering high-acuity cases and a diverse range of clinical experiences.
The maternity unit serves as the hub for birthing and inpatient maternity care, while antenatal and postnatal services are extended to the region. With around 1000 births annually, the unit boasts a team of skilled midwives.
This position appeals to seasoned medical professionals who thrive on challenges, viewing them as avenues for growth, and are deeply committed to enhancing healthcare within the intricate framework of modern health systems.
Eligibility Requirements:
- General, Provisional or limited registration with AHPRA
- IMG's that have completed at least the AMC MCQ (part 1) or completed both AMC 1 & 2 (clinical exam)
- IMG's eligible via the Competent Authority Pathway (training in the UK, USA, NZ, Canada or Ireland)
- IMG's assessed by RANZCOG College as partially or substantially comparable (doctors currently interviewing with RANZCOG may express their interest)
- Non CA country: Have 7+ years of international experience working as an O&G Registrar
We offer a competitive salary package of $250,000 - $300,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including professional development opportunities, flexible work arrangements, and a supportive team environment.
