Business Partner Job Opportunity

As a Business Partner, you will provide commercially focused generalist support and operational assistance to our retail and office teams. You will play a key role in supporting the timely execution of business strategy.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment Support
  • Liaise with departments for recruitment; maintain relationships with recruitment channels; prepare job offers and onboarding arrangements; manage key recruitment projects.
  1. Onboarding, Training & Development
  • Onboard new hires; collaborate with business training teams to identify training needs; develop and deliver management trainings and development programs; nominate employees for corporate training.
  1. Compensation Management
  • Support annual salary review; review and manage pay elements to maintain equity; advise on compensation philosophy; ensure payroll and staff benefits execution.
  1. Employee Relations Support
  • Partner with management on HR issues; provide tools and guidance to managers; monitor and manage employee relations issues; gather employee feedback.
  1. Talent Management
  • Coordinate performance and development review processes; identify high-potential employees and coordinate development or career plans.
  1. Reports & Ad Hoc Projects
  • Collect and consolidate HR reports for planning; coordinate corporate projects.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of generalist experience.
  • Experience in luxury retail.
  • Good knowledge of employment legislation and market practices.
