About the Role
As a frontline team member at our store, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to keep our customers coming back. Your role will involve promoting products and fantastic deals in-store, operating point of sale systems, and ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver brilliant customer service to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Promote products and offers to drive sales and revenue growth
- Operate point of sale systems accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
About You
We are looking for confident, energetic individuals with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential. If you have a positive attitude, are solutions-focused, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
