Business Growth Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive revenue growth, profit enhancement, and cost optimization.
The Challenge
- You will be responsible for enabling, driving, and identifying opportunities for business expansion, efficiency improvements, and strategic partnerships.
- You will act as a critical member of the finance leadership team, providing commercial support to key stakeholders.
- You will develop financial plans, analyze performance, and implement business strategies aligned with company objectives.
- You will evaluate market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision making.
- You will be intimately involved in the Sales & Operations Planning process, including driving significant improvements and building and owning the S&OP financial model.
- You will manage risk and performance improvement.
- You will play a critical role in the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process.
The Expertise
- You should possess a CA/CPA/MBA qualification and have significant experience in a medium to large business partnering sales and supply chain functions.
- You should have superior commercial orientation with demonstrated experiencing partnering operational executives.
- You should have transformational zeal and a flair for process improvement, with an organization embarking on a growth trajectory while undergoing change and transformation.
- You should be a hands-on commercial leader with the ability to be 'in the detail'.
- You should have advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.
- You should have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with all levels of stakeholders.
- You should have strong organizational skills, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and work both autonomously and as a team.
