Strategic Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Professional to leverage data insights and drive informed business decisions.
This critical role will focus on collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and architects to synchronize solutions and facilitate strategic planning sessions across teams.
- Lead workshops and interviews to gather business requirements and inform technical specifications
- Develop detailed interface specifications, including APIs and system integrations
- Analyze and model complex business processes and data structures
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and architects to align strategic objectives
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions across teams
- Support delivery teams through the full SDLC, including UAT and implementation
A successful candidate should possess:
- 10+ years' experience in Business Analysis, ideally in strategic projects
- Skilled in writing API specs, system integration, and technical documentation
- Strong understanding of data models, databases, and data mapping
- Excellent facilitator-leads workshops and engages diverse stakeholders
- Clear communicator, both written and verbal, with a sharp eye for detail
- Proficient in DevOps, SQL, Confluence, Excel, Miro, and diagramming tools
- Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced, evolving environments
