Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute learning and development initiatives tailored to the APAC market, allowing for customization per country where relevant.
- Build strong relationships with global stakeholders and centers of excellence to leverage global initiatives and ensure consistency where relevant.
- Partner with the People Team and business leaders to identify skill gaps and development needs.
- Drive the talent management agenda to enable the successful implementation of the local operating model and lead the creation of L&D solutions to embed required behaviors and mindset for success.
- Establish strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Deliver or source leadership development where needed.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance learning impact.
- Manage resources effectively to achieve objectives.
- Experience in working with or within learning and development teams and leading leadership development initiatives (essential).
- Strategic thinking with the ability to drive innovation.
- Ability to influence leaders to adopt proposed learning solutions.
- Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience acting as a business partner and trusted advisor.
