Job Title

Talent Development and Inclusion Specialist

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Talent Development and Inclusion Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the HR function, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive talent development strategies to attract, develop and retain diverse talent.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR or Talent at mid-career level and possess experience and knowledge of current HR practices and thinking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic talent development plans that align with business objectives.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to identify critical talent gaps and develop solutions.
  • Create and maintain talent review processes to identify high-potential employees and future leaders.
Requirements:
  • HR professional with tertiary qualification.
  • 5+ years of proven track record in HR or Talent at mid-career level.
  • Experience and knowledge of current HR practices and thinking.
  • Strategic thinking with ability to deliver operational results.
