Senior Talent Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Development Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a trusted advisor, you will play a critical role in shaping the organisational culture, enhancing engagement, and driving business performance in a fast-paced tech environment.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent development strategies tailored to agile tech teams.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand workforce plans, tech skill requirements, and team structures.
  • Oversee OKR-driven performance management processes to ensure seamless employee onboarding and upskilling.
  • Implement upskilling/reskilling programs in emerging technologies such as GenAI, full-stack, and low-code.
  • Foster a high-trust culture through D&I initiatives, manager enablement, and engagement programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy, and company policies across locations.

Key Qualifications:

  • 8–13 years of experience in HR or talent development in IT/Technology/Engineering companies.
  • Proven track record in supporting technical and engineering teams as an HR Business Partner.
  • Strong understanding of product development cycles, agile methodology, and workforce planning in tech.
  • Experience with HR tools and metrics-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex HR metrics and develop actionable recommendations.
