Job Title: Talent Development Specialist

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and results-driven Talent Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in shaping our organization's success by fostering strong relationships with clients and candidates.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Full-cycle recruitment management, including sourcing, screening, client management, and negotiation.
  2. Business development: generating new leads, running client meetings, negotiating agreements, and building strong client relationships.
  3. Candidate management: proactively sourcing suitable candidates, conducting interviews, and providing coaching throughout the recruitment process.
  4. Cross-selling into client accounts, working collaboratively with consultants across divisions.

Requirements

  • Experience in 360° recruitment or relevant sales experience.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed billing targets, manage client relationships effectively, and represent the business professionally.
  • Demonstrated initiative in supporting internal cultural or operational activities.
