Job Title: Talent Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Talent Development Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role will be responsible for partnering with senior management teams to identify people implications of strategic and business plans.

The ideal candidate will have strong human resource internal consulting and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust with managers and team members at all levels across the business.

  • Partnering with HR colleagues to resolve enquiries in a professional, timely, sensitive, customer-focused manner.
  • Work in partnership with senior management teams to identify people implications of strategic and business plans and other developments.
  • Promote effective ways of working and agree appropriate local-level interventions to maximise opportunities, support change and manage risk.
  • Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the Performance and Culture team and contribute to developing solutions, programs and policies.
  • Participate in recruitment processes providing remuneration advice, participating in interviewing and offer processes.
  • Lead corporate initiatives and projects as agreed with the Performance and Culture Manager.
