Administration Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide administration support to the growing retail buying team across all categories for stores in Australia & New Zealand.

This is a full-time hybrid role working from home and in the office weekly, based at our Head Office in the heart of the CBD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team focusing on the Full Price channel for the end-to-end buying process.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate all required product information and costings
  • Create master data for purchasing management processes
  • Upload sales into the purchasing management platform
  • Verify financial data and accuracy
  • Prepare supply chain documentation and verify accuracy
  • Track purchase orders and manage factory queries; chase stock deliveries from suppliers
  • Collaborate with the distribution team to ensure effective movement of stock through the business

Requirements:

  • Fashion industry knowledge or related field
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and follow up with key stakeholders
