Job Title: Retail Buyers Assistant

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and be an integral part of shaping our global presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare weekly and seasonal sales reports, identify top-performing products, and provide strategic insights into store and regional performance.
  • Maintain precise line sheets, manage stock levels, and provide crucial administrative support to the buying and planning teams.
  • Participate in store visits, manage critical path timelines, and coordinate with production and logistics teams.
Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury retail sector.
  • Proven experience with sales analysis, stock management, and allocations.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • The ability to be highly organised, with a proven track record of meeting strict deadlines.
  • A meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative approach.
