**Retail Buying Manager Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled Retail Buying Manager to join our team. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will play a pivotal role in selecting, purchasing, and managing products that meet our customers' needs.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and source high-quality home appliances, ensuring they meet our quality and cost-effectiveness standards. You will work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.

To achieve success in this role, you will need to have strong negotiation skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers, and a keen understanding of market trends and customer preferences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Identify and source high-quality home appliances
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers and manufacturers
  • Analyze market trends and customer preferences to inform purchasing decisions
  • Manage stock levels to ensure optimal inventory levels
  • Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to align purchasing strategies with promotional activities

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in retail buying or purchasing, preferably in the home goods or appliances sector
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers
  • A keen understanding of market trends and customer preferences
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
