The Role

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Strategic Facilities Management Supervisor to join our Facilities Management on Demand (FMOD) team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in providing on-account assistance through FMOD support services to our Accounts Business.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing work order support, including Planned Preventative Maintenance schedules in Corrigo
  • Supervising a team of casual staff, overseeing day-to-day operations and resourcing requirements
  • Overseeing asset management setup and reporting
  • Providing vendor management support
  • Coordinating administrative tasks and supporting the FMOD team
  • Analyzing data and generating reports
  • Liaising with stakeholders and managing service requests

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll require:

  • Experience in Facilities Management, preferably in a supervisory capacity
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
