We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Talent Web. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing hard and soft facilities management functions across assigned properties in Sydney CBD and Western Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial or retail facilities management and a minimum of 2 years' experience in the field. A trade qualification is highly desirable, and strong knowledge of building maintenance, operations, and compliance standards is essential.

This is a temporary opportunity with potential for permanent transition. The role offers a competitive salary of $55 - $60 per hour, plus superannuation, making it an attractive option for those looking to advance their careers in facilities management.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing preventative and reactive maintenance, conducting regular inspections to ensure assets are managed efficiently and compliantly, and liaising with contractors and service providers to ensure high-quality maintenance and repairs.

You will also be required to maintain detailed and accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date on facility-related matters.
