About The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to join Programmed, working on a high-profile Sydney Water Contract with work based in the Western suburbs.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Facility Maintenance Supervisor is accountable for coordinating onsite subcontractors and technicians, leading from the front by displaying a commitment to safety and compliance.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the team by building relationships with key contacts, stakeholders, and service providers while ensuring the scheduled delivery of maintenance across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the safety of all employees and subcontractors on site.
  • Ensure safety documentation and other operational documents are reviewed in accordance with site and client requirements.
  • Act as a first response for some reactive priority works, assisting in scoping and pricing works.
  • Develop an excellent working relationship with the client.
  • Interact with key stakeholders and subcontractors on site.

About You

  • Proven experience in a facilities environment.
  • Trade background highly desired.
  • Proven experience in managing subcontractors.
  • A strong understanding of regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Strong safety focus and commitment to maintain a safe working environment.
