Lead Your Club to Success

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Club Manager to lead our Burnside club to success.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will have the opportunity to inspire your team and drive exceptional member experiences. You will oversee all aspects of the club's operations, from sales budgets and analysis to staff recruitment and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement proactive strategies to improve sales performance
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and managing profit and loss levels
  • Lead in delivering exceptional member experiences and resolving member concerns
  • Recruit, train, and retain high-performing staff members
  • Conduct regular meetings with departmental leaders and annual performance appraisals

Requirements

  • Leadership experience managing sales teams with direct reports in a high-volume environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with excellent verbal, written, and time management skills
  • Experience in managing budgets and monitoring P&L
  • Ability to engage and inspire diverse teams across club operations
  • Exceptional communication skills
