About the Opportunity:

This role is critical in supporting the Club Management Team in various aspects of their roles. You will be required to maintain confidentiality, ensure compliance with safety standards, and guarantee efficient operations across the club.

You will be responsible for managing the opening and closing of the club, providing leadership and innovation to teams, delivering operational support to all departments, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and exceptional presentation of the building.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will be a self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal and coaching skills. You will have experience in delivering high-quality customer service, natural leadership qualities, a strong interest and passion for the health & fitness industry, adequate financial skills, extensive operational experience, team leadership qualities, and a current Senior First Aid Certificate.
