Candidates must have 1-3 years of management or leadership experience.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
About the roleAs Club Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the club. Your job is to run day-to-day operations, motivate your team, and create an environment where members feel supported, valued, and motivated.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive sales, outreach, and retention with energy and accountability.
- Deliver an exceptional member experience that keeps the club buzzing.
- Maintain club standards — clean, safe, and compliant.
- Lead, coach and coordinate casual staff and PTs.
- Manage inbox, phone, and social media enquiries.
- Support marketing campaigns and community outreach.
- Celebrate members through events, recognition, and engagement.
We're looking for more than just a manager — we want a leader who cares.
- Confident, approachable, and great with people.
- Organised with strong communication and time management.
- Comfortable working to goals and KPIs.
- Background in sales, fitness, or customer service is a plus (not essential).
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain).
- Working with Children Check
- Full-time role with consistent daytime hours.
- Salary $60,000 – $70,000 + super + performance incentives (flexible based on experience).
