The club is a lively place where no two days are the same. As a Club Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring your team and leading the club to success. Your role will see you use your leadership skills, financial acumen, analytical capability, and management expertise to oversee all aspects of the club's operations.
You will be required to showcase your interpersonal, communication, and sales skills to drive a successful team known for delivering an exceptional member experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of budgets and analysis to determine proactive strategies for improvement - Proactive contribution to the club's sales targets - Management of projected and actual Profit and Loss levels - Leading in the delivery of exceptional member experiences and the successful resolution of member concerns - Recruitment, training, and retention of staff members - Conduct weekly 1:1 and team meetings with departmental leaders - Annual performance appraisals
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need:
- Leadership experience managing a sales team with direct/indirect reports in a high volume and fast-paced environment - Strong stakeholder management with exceptional verbal, written, and time management skills - Experience in managing budgets and monitoring & reporting on P&L - Ability to engage and inspire a diverse team across club operations - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - A current valid Working with Children Check
