The Role

Member Support Consultants play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base. They inspire prospective members to join our club, helping them become faster, fitter, stronger, and happier versions of themselves.

With a highly varied role, Member Support Consultants have two clear goals: achieving membership growth through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service.

They are experts in all things Goodlife, seamlessly swapping between sales and lead generation, providing exceptional service on the reception desk, and proactively communicating with current members to enhance their club experience and drive positive member retention.

Responsibilities

Contributing to club sales budgets utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns.

Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities.

Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.

Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members.

Creating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.

Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries.

Opening and closing the club as per the club roster.

Active involvement in member retention programs inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.

Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey recommending club-based products that boost results and amplify experiences.

About You

We seek individuals with:

Current First Aid & CPR certificates.

Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome obstacles.

Outstanding communication abilities listening, understanding, empathising, and influencing others.

Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.

Customer focus with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.

A realistic OTE of $70,000-$75,000 made up of base salary and commission, plus super.
