Assistant Club Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Assistant Club Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with club manager duties, playing a key role in our pre-sale strategy, generating new leads, making calls to both new leads and members, providing exceptional service to existing members, building rapport with staff, members, and personal trainers, ensuring the club is clean, safe, and operating efficiently day-to-day, meeting targets, and continually striving to improve, as well as organizing, posting, and responding to social media.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused individual who is goal-oriented, proactive, and passionate about health and fitness. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple clubs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with club manager duties
  • Playing a key role in our pre-sale strategy
  • Generating new leads
  • Making calls to both new leads and members
  • Providing exceptional service to existing members
  • Building rapport with staff, members, and personal trainers
  • Ensuring the club is clean, safe, and operating efficiently day-to-day
  • Meeting targets and continually striving to improve
  • Organizing, posting, and responding to social media

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 2 years of sales experience
  • Senior First Aid or equivalent
  • CPR Certificate
  • Valid Working with Children's Certificate
  • Valid SA license with access to a car
