Job Description:
We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with store managers to develop and implement sales strategies that meet customer needs
- Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance customer service skills
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or hospitality
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks efficiently
Salary Package:
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $85,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to participate in our performance-based bonus scheme.
