We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will drive new business opportunities, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and work closely with all teams to develop innovative solutions that empower individuals to live their best lives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of NDIS plans and be committed to championing positive change. They will be responsible for establishing and enhancing strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting Aruma's support offerings through innovative marketing strategies, and ensuring the best possible customer experience for all new customer leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
- Design and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote Aruma's services and support offerings.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to prospective customers, their families, and networks on Aruma's services and support offerings.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies that meet or exceed targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted solutions.
- Develop and manage regional growth portfolios to secure new customers and drive business expansion.
- Champion customer choice and control throughout all aspects of business development.
- Provide efficient and effective customer service while optimising sales growth and opportunities for service expansion.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare or social services sector.
- Strong understanding of NDIS plans and policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve delegated KPIs.
- Highly developed problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software applications.
