Job Title: Rehabilitation Consultant

This role is designed for individuals passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic professional to deliver assessments and counselling to individuals who are grappling with a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments to help guide individuals toward their new career
  • Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
  • Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A tertiary degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology
  • Registration with AHPRA, AASW, or ASORC
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality services to individuals in need
