About The Opportunity

Due to growth and success, a newly created Customer Fulfilment Planner role is available. This position will play a critical part in managing replenishment inputs and cross-collaboration with demand planners.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Receiving and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data from various sources to inform replenishment decisions.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with demand planners to assess baseline forecasts for new product introductions and business-as-usual SKUs.
  • Maintaining control over replenishment inputs such as dealer catalogues, new store estimates and monitor changes in demand to balance stock across plants.
  • Accurate input of product lifecycle information – new product introduction, transition and retirement (including projected end-of-life).
  • Collaboration with after-sales and service centers for Min/Max management of spare categories.
  • Collaborating with channel and category managers to align assumptions, risk and opportunities discussed during monthly review sessions with North American markets and feed into other S&OP meetings.
  • Challenging assumptions behind forecasts to gain a solid understanding of increases or decreases based on relevant factors.
  • Coordinating the handover process between short-term planning and long-term planning with a focus on channel inputs and outputs.

About You

We are seeking a candidate with a business degree or similar and the following skills and attributes:

  • A passion for continuous improvement.
  • Strong team player with excellent stakeholder management.
  • Good analytical mindset with intermediate Excel, Qlik and Power BI skills advantageous.

This role offers a competitive salary of around $95,000 - $105,000 per annum depending on location and experience, along with a range of employee benefits including hybrid working, generous discounts, access to professional development programs and recognition programs.
