About the Role

Reporting to the Health, Safety & Wellbeing Lead, your primary objective will be to deliver HSW advice and service, supporting the application and continuous improvement of the HSW Management System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enable a proactive HSW mindset among leaders and employees, promoting safe work practices and a culture of health and wellbeing.
  • Coach and guide leaders in best practice health, safety and wellbeing management, ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Build relationships and provide effective operational advice, support, coaching and guidance to Leaders.
  • Provide advice, interpretation and guidance on the application of the HSWMS, as well as leading practices and legislative/regulatory requirements.
  • Identify gaps and determine, prioritise, evaluate and recommend appropriate solutions aligned with Milwaukee strategic objectives.
  • Work collaboratively across the business to identify, elaborate and drive improvements and integration of the HSWMS.
  • Contribute to HSW governance and reporting.
About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with a Cert IV in WHS and a minimum of 3 years' experience in delivery of HSW advice and service. You will have a strong understanding of the Model WHS Act, Codes of Conduct and Regulations, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additionally, you will have experience in influencing and driving change across a diverse organisation, with a sound understanding of ANZ Workcover and related requirements. You will be well-organised, with strong attention to detail and excellent MS Office skills.
