We are looking for a Senior HSW Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering HSW advice and service, supporting the application and continuous improvement of the HSW Management System. You will work collaboratively across the business to identify, elaborate, and drive improvements and integration of the HSWMS.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Enabling a positive health, safety, and wellbeing culture across all Milwaukee business areas
  • Coaching and guiding leaders in best practice health, safety, and wellbeing management
  • Providing advice, interpretation, and guidance on the application of the HSWMS
  • Identifying gaps and determining, prioritizing, evaluating, and recommending solutions aligned with Milwaukee strategic objectives

  • Solid knowledge of ANZ Workcover and related requirements
  • Experience in various MS Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and well-organised approach

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum depending on experience.
