About The Role

We seek a dynamic and enthusiastic Vehicle Optimization Specialist to oversee the ANZ fleet's performance. Your primary focus will be to ensure continuous improvement and exceptional employee experience outcomes.

You will report directly to the Payroll Manager ANZ and perform the following duties:

  • Develop and implement governance, controls, and performance standards for all ANZ fleet vehicles.
  • Collaborate with fleet vendors to optimize service levels and agreements.
  • Identify and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Produce quarterly performance reports for senior management.
  • Manage capital expenditure and review month-end invoicing.
  • Oversee vehicle accident and incident insurance claim processes.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the Fleet Administrator.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in a similar position within a fast-paced industry and excellent stakeholder engagement skills. Additionally, you will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of fleet management practices.
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • A highly professional and committed approach to learning our business and processes.
  • The ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and work well under pressure.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Strong written communication and numeracy skills.

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 and $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
