Strategic Supply Chain Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the needs of our clients.
- Identify and recruit potential candidates using various sourcing methods including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Evaluate resumes and applications to determine the best fit for our open positions.
- Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Complete paperwork for new hires and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Capable of business development and client relationship management to grow our Supply Chain Logistics portfolio.
- Input into company's services and future directions by providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- A values-based approach is essential for this role.
To be successful in this role, you will need a combination of the following:
- Formal qualifications in Business, Logistics or Engineering.
- Proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics (mandatory).
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Deep understanding of 3PL, company-based Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics (mandatory).
- Interest and ability to approach new clients and manage ongoing client relationships.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with HR Consulting professionals.
- Continuous improvement approach to work processes.
- Must have working rights in Australia.
