We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Supply Chain Logistics.

The ideal candidate will have formal qualifications in Business, Logistics or Engineering and proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics.

Key responsibilities include developing effective recruitment strategies, identifying and recruiting potential candidates, evaluating resumes and applications, conducting interviews, and assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience.

Job Requirements
  • Formal qualifications in Business, Logistics or Engineering
  • Proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics (mandatory)
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and also part of a team
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Deep understanding of 3PL, company-based Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics (mandatory)
  • Interest and ability to approach new clients and manage clients ongoing
  • Ability to work cross functionally with HR Consulting professionals
  • Continuous improvement approach to work processes

Must have working rights in Australia.
