Job Description:

This is a mid-senior level position responsible for leading the design, implementation and launch of our knowledge management capability. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow and experience in optimising knowledge frameworks, configuring ServiceNow Knowledge Management and leading change management and adoption strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving efficiency, innovation and collaboration across the organisation by capturing, curating and sharing knowledge effectively. They will also work collaboratively with IT and other departments to identify knowledge needs and integrate knowledge management into business processes.

About the Role:
  • Design and Implement a Scalable Knowledge Management Strategy
  • Configure and Optimize the ServiceNow Knowledge Management Module
  • Develop and Implement a Process for Capturing and Maintaining Knowledge
  • Collaborate with IT and Other Departments to Identify Knowledge Needs
  • Develop and Execute a Launch and Awareness Campaign
  • Create Training Materials and Run Workshops to Drive Adoption
  • Establish Governance Models and Content Lifecycle Processes
  • Monitor Usage and Analyze Metrics to Continuously Improve the KM System
  • Ensure Compliance with Organisational Policies and Industry Standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience in Knowledge Management
  • Hands-on Experience with ServiceNow Knowledge Management
  • Strong Understanding of KM Principles, Content Strategy and Information Architecture
  • Experience Leading Change Management and Adoption Initiatives
  • Excellent Communication, Facilitation and Stakeholder Engagement Skills
