Role Overview

The Product Director will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of Monster Energy across the Australian market. This involves developing and implementing effective marketing plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute cost-effective promotional platforms that drive trade-wide executional scale, product trial, brand awareness, and sales volumes.
  • Leverage global and national events, as well as local merchandising opportunities, while maintaining a clear Return on Investment (ROI) analysis.
  • Ensure connectivity and consistency across programming, highlighting key pivot points in planning and development to optimize overall marketing output and delivery.
  • Maintain all branding and logo use in line with Monster Energy standards at all events and activations.
  • Manage the marketing budget aligned to specific programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with opinion leaders in sports and culture.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Brand Management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) brands, agency, or brand.
  • Advance user Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English.
