About the Role
SafetyCulture is a high-growth company with a rapidly scaling product. We are seeking an experienced Product Design Director to lead our design team and drive world-class design output.

We offer a competitive salary of $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as equity in a high-growth company and flexible working arrangements. Our office benefits include an in-house culinary crew, barista coffee machine, craft beer on tap, and on-site gym.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and develop product roadmaps
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences
- Oversee end-to-end product design activities, ensuring consistency and scalability across our platform
- Manage the performance, workload, and career development of your design team

About You
- 2+ years of experience in managing a team of designers
- Passion for identifying and solving user problems
- Strategic and critical thinking skills, with a broad understanding of metrics and data-driven design
- Proven stakeholder management skills, with expertise in design frameworks such as HCD and Design Thinking
